ORDERS
What do I do if I want to purchase a gift voucher?
You may contact us directly on sales@fashiondesignerwatches.eu, we will give you a direct debit account and we will send you a voucher by post.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
As soon as your order is approved and the payment is made you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. During larger offers and promotions, you might have to wait a few hours before you receive the order confirmation email.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order shipped?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order is sent from our warehouse you will receive an email and/or text message saying the order is on its way to you.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
RETURNS
Am I able to cancel my order after it is confirmed?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel a confirmed order, please contact us for assistance.
Can I return my product or exchange product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
When is it possible to make a return?
On full priced items you may exchange the items within 30 days and 1 week on sales items, valid from the day you receive the order.
